Steve's passions include cycling, triathlons and hunting as well as spending time with his family - Steve is the proud father of 3 boys.

Jess is the General Sales & Marketing Manager at SERVPRO Of Northwest Spokane. Jess' entire professional career has been invested in business development and marketing with a focus on the development and implementation of creative strategies to help businesses grow.

As General Sales & Marketing Manager at SERVPRO Of Northwest Spokane, Jess is responsible for developing, planning and implementing all sales, marketing & product development plans and activities as well as managing our Franchise's sales team. Additionally, Jess develops and grows relationships with industry professionals within the Spokane area.

A lifelong resident of Spokane and active father of 2 boys, Jess' passions include spending time with his boys, baseball, classic cars, music and the outdoors.

Rachael Hoglin

Rachael has been with SERVPRO since 1997 and has worn many hats in her time here.  Rachael holds multiple mitigation and restoration certifications including Certified Mold Professional, Lead Renovator, Restorative Drying 101 & 301 and she holds an IICRC Certification for Water Damage Restoration.  With her years of experience as a Fire Damage Crew Lead, as well as Estimator and Project Manager, Rachael brings a valuable and unique base of knowledge to our company.  

In her current role as Office Manager/File Audit Administrator here at SERVPRO, Rachael helps facilitate the relationship between our staff and the various insurance companies we work with.  The industry is constantly evolving and each company has a specific set of rules that we have to adhere to in order for the customers experience to go smoothly.  Rachael ensures that all the details are taken care of and our customers receive the best service possible.  

A lifelong resident of Spokane, Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband and her young daughter and can often be found cheering on her husbands' softball team.

Lead Technician/Crew Chief

Ed is a Lead Technician/Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Northwest Spokane. Ed has been with us since 2012 and has over 20 years experience in the Water Mitigation & Restoration industry.  Ed is a WRT water damage restoration technician and is IICRC Certified. Additionally, Ed is well adept at crime scene cleanup/Bio Recovery and demolition.

Ed is a native of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and spent many years in the southern part of the country prior to moving to the Northwest a decade ago.

Natalie was born in Sandpoint Idaho and grew up spending most weekends visiting family in the north Spokane area. Natalie has a genuine passion for helping people and problem solving. In her free time, Natalie enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Braydon Huotari

Don't let Braydon's youthful appearance fool you - Braydon is a veteran of the construction and restoration business. Braydon has worn many hats at SERVPRO since beginning his tenure here several years ago: general laborer, IICRC Certified Water Mitigation Technician, IICRC Certified Water Mitigation Crew Lead, and currently, Project Manager.

As Project Manager, Braydon uses the Xactimate software system for estimating the cost of mitigation, restoration, repairs, and reconstruction for residential and commercial structures. Xactimate was developed with the insurance industry and today 22 of the top 25 property insurance companies in the U.S. use Xactware property insurance claims tools. 

Braydon uses his expertise in confined space restoration, WRT water damage restoration, Fire & Smoke FST, mold remediation, and biohazardous cleanup to manage each job from start to finish.

Braydon is a native to the area as he was born & raised in Deer Park and now makes his home in North Spokane.

As the Construction Department Estimator for our SERVPRO franchises, Matt develops repair and rebuild estimates and communicates with customers and insurance adjusters the scope and expectations for repairs and rebuilds. Matt takes a hands-on approach to each job/project embracing large scale projects while also showing equal attention to smaller jobs.  Matt finds solutions to complicated problems no matter how unique the circumstances and he has worked in the restoration and construction industries for over 8 years. Matt succeeds at meeting deadlines and setting goals to expedite projects quickly and to IICRC and building and construction industry standards.

Matt is skilled in Xactimate and Xactware to scope projects and prepare estimates for insurance companies, as well as actively managing mitigation through to completion. Matt has and continues to build relationships with insurance professionals and is skilled at communicating and working with them to ensure timely approval of repair estimates while ensuring the scope of work will deliver complete restoration and repairs for the customer.  Matt communicates with property owners the expectations to build their structure back to its original form.

Matt is married, is a busy father to 3 girls, enjoys barbeque cooking, and has lived in the Spokane area for over 14 years.
