When my finished basement flooded it was extremely overwhelming for us. We didn’t know what to do, but we had to call someone because it was too much water for us to remove. We called SERVPRO. They were able to remove All the water, dry and clean everything pretty fast, they also handled the construction necessary to repair the damage from the flood. Chris was great to work with, and made sure the work was completed as quickly as possible and that I was happy with the quality.

I called SERVPRO when my finished basement flooded by my Sewer line backing up. After they were able to dry out the basement, they packed up everything and removed all the damaged walls and flooring and started fresh. The construction crew Jake and Chris brought back my finished basement better and beautiful.

She was professional yet had a kind understanding about her that we were going to be in good hands. 2 hours later wonderful Oracio was at our home with a helper, already cleaning up the horrible mess. They were very hardworking, very reliable...we always knew when someone was going to come out to the house & work. We cannot say enough about Jarod Robb, our project manager. Communication at its finest. There was never any doubt what the next step would be in the process of this cleanup. The sewer backup began on a Monday, & the final dehumidifier left our home a week later. You would never know what we went through because everything looks great. After a wind storm, one of our trees fell against the corner of our roof with little damage. We weren't sure if it was going to be a claim or if we were going to pay out of pocket. Steve Knight came out and assessed the damage and gave us an estimate on the repair. There was no sales pressure, he just did what he said he would do and "took a look". We hired Steve Knight for the repair for his honesty and integrity.
